RULES & REGULATIONS
HHPOA Beach and Dock Rules
- Contact 911 for emergencies only and reference address 566 Hollywood Rd
- Swimming is allowed only in the designated area and at your OWN RISK-NO lifeguard on duty!
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Diving from the dock is prohibited
- No boats are allowed in the designated swim area.
- No glass containers are allowed on the beach.
- Dogs are not allowed on the beach (except for launch area).
- Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the beach.
- Take all trash (including cigarette butts) when leaving.
- Do not place anything in the port-a-potty other than toilet tissue.
- Please make sure you have updated boat sticker on ALL watercrafts
- Please remember to hang your car tag passes on rear view mirror when parking at the beach
DOCK-Rules apply between Memorial Day & Columbus Day weekends:
- ALL boats must be registered with the Association and display a current HHPOA sticker to launch and to moor your boat overnight.
- Maximum mooring time allowed is seven (7) consecutive days/nights. Violators will be notified and asked to move immediately. Repeat offenders will forfeit mooring privileges for the following year, and could be reported to the TOW Police.
- Department and charged with trespassing.
- The chain MUST be re-secured after launching your boat.
- No mooring on the launch side of Launch Dock.
Canoe Rack:
The Canoe/Kayak Rack is for paid Members’ use only. Members must purchase a Canoe/Kayak sticker along with your membership fee to utilize the rack.
